The Situation: A Strong Product, Two Strong Markets — and a Website That Wasn’t Ranking in Either.

 

M-10 Uniforms manufactures premium corporate, hospitality, and industrial uniforms and sells across India and the UAE. In both markets, the buying process for corporate uniform contracts starts with a Google search — a procurement officer or HR manager looking for ‘corporate uniform supplier’ or ‘hotel staff uniform manufacturer India.’

When M-10 came to us, they had a domain authority of 8 and their website was sitting on Page 3 or lower for almost every commercial keyword that mattered. Organic sessions were just 91 per month. CTR was 1.8%. They were invisible in precisely the searches that their best clients were making.

The complexity here was that India and Dubai are not the same market. The keywords are different. The competitor landscape is different. The backlink sources that carry weight are different. Most agencies would have run a single SEO strategy and hoped it covered both. We ran two.

 

Ranking well in Mumbai does not help you rank in Dubai. They are different search markets with different buyer behaviours and different competitor sets. We built two strategies and ran them in parallel.

What We Actually Solved — The Real Story

The core problem was invisible potential. M-10 was receiving some Google impressions — people were seeing them in results — but not clicking through because the positions were too low and the titles didn’t compel action. The 1.8% CTR with a 27.7 average position is textbook ‘technically indexed, practically invisible.’

Moving the average position from 27.7 to 16 was significant — at position 16, you are on Page 2, competitive. At position 27, you are on Page 3, buried. But the CTR improvement from 1.8% to 6% showed that the title and description rewrites were converting the impressions that did exist into actual visitors.

The Dubai parallel strategy paid off in Month 4 and 5, when UAE-targeted keywords started ranking independently of the India campaign. This proved the geo-targeting approach was right — the two markets needed distinct treatment.
