Welcome to We Digital Creatives. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by We Digital Creatives (“Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to you, the client (“Client” or “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We Digital Creatives offers a variety of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Graphic Design
- Website Development
- Website Maintenance
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads Management
- Social Media Marketing

3. Service Agreement
- Scope of Work: The specific scope of each project will be detailed in a separate project proposal or agreement. Any modifications to the scope will require a new agreement or an amendment to the existing one.
Project Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Timelines may be adjusted based on the project scope and Client feedback.
4. Payment Terms
Fees: All fees for services will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Payment terms, including milestones, due dates, and amounts, will be specified.
Advance Payment: An advance payment may be required before work begins. The amount and terms of the advance payment will be specified in the project proposal.
5. Client Responsibilities
Information and Access: The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and access required for the completion of the project in a timely manner.
Feedback: The Client will provide timely feedback and approvals as needed. Delays in feedback may affect project timelines.
6. Project Termination by Client
Termination: If the Client decides to terminate or shelve the project for any reason after commencement, the Client agrees to settle all outstanding amounts incurred up to the date of termination.
Mid-Project Termination: If the project is terminated midway, the Client will be responsible for paying 80% of the total project value. Depending on the stage of development, this amount may increase to 100% of the total project value.
7. Refund of Advance
- Pre-Commencement Refund: Refunds of advance payments are only possible if the project has not yet started.
Commenced Project Refund: If the project has commenced and at least 10-15% of the work has been completed, no refund will be given for the advance payment.
8. Revisions and Changes
Revisions: The number of revisions included in the project fee will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur extra charges.
Change Requests: Significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a new agreement and additional fees.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership: The Client will own the final deliverables upon full payment. We Digital Creatives retains the right to use work samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Licenses: Any third-party materials or licenses used in the project will be transferred to the Client as part of the deliverables.
10. Confidentiality
Confidential Information: We will maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared by the Client. The Client agrees to keep any proprietary information from us confidential.
11. Limitation of Liability
No Liability: We Digital Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai
13. Amendments
Modifications: We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly.
